 Fulltime job training center for all veterans |
 The Center is the only full-time organization devoting to job training for all veterans. All job categories, curriculum design, and instructional materials are designed for middle age to elder veterans. The training is accompanied with complete psychological, living, and employment consultation to ensure happy living and happy learning of all participants. |
 Consistent process of enrolment, training, certification, and counseling |
| To construct the time-effective training for veterans, the process is consistent with the following process 
for reliable service. |
 Market-oriented job classification |
 The classes are designed based on the market orientation, so the job skills acquired by the trainees can meet the market demand. |
 Combining class for Class B & C technician |
 To enhance the quality of training and employment competitiveness, all job categories have advanced technician level (Class B). Trainees can select elementary or advanced courses according to their abilities, and obtain Class B or C certificate upon completion. |
 Good learning environment, complete facilities |
 The Center, located in Hutoushan Hill of Taoyuan City, offers spacious campus, scenic view, convenient transportation, complete living and recreational facilities, such as dormitory, dining hall, parking lot, etc. |
 Customer-oriented, service-oriented |
 "Customer comes first!". To take good care of our trainees is our top priority. We don't say 'No' to reasonable, rational, and legal requests. We expect to provide the best service to our customers instead of irresponsible attitude of the old-time bureaucrats. |
